Hours 25 30/35 40/45 50
Some driving schools offer a guarantee pass , what is it ?
It's a gimmick to get you to come to them , it doesn't say a first time pass or that you will need to pay for more lessons if you fail.
A lot of driving schools on the internet offer really cheap lessons
Often they are booking services and not actually a driving school , what they do is find an instructor in your area and then charge them a commission . I get about 20 calls a year from these booking services asking if i can do lessons for them , i always say no i only work for myself.
What are the examiners like.
If you ask someone who has passed they will probably say nice and if you ask someone that has failed they will probably give you a different answer.
What car do i use for the driving test.
If you learn to drive with a driving instructor you will take your test in the instructors car .the examiners do not supply a car for the test.you can take the test in your own car providing that is suitable for the test and has no safety recalls
Can i learn to drive in my own car.
Yes . I often teach people to drive in thier own car and they take the test in it but it must meet certain minimum standards and conditions.

Do i need to pass my theory test before i start driving lessons.
No , you can start driving lessons first , i think thats best as your instructor can give you advice on both parts of the theory.
Who can sit beside me for private practice.
Someone who is at least 21 years old and have held a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
Are intensive courses a good way to learn to drive.
Everybody learns in different ways and also there is the cost , i sometimes do semi intensive of 3 or 4 hours over a 5 or 6 week period , i'm normally to busy to offer any more than that
Do you do block booking discount.
No ,i offer discounts in other ways , a lot of people who start driving lessons give up after a few lessons because thet are not making the progress they expected or they are not comfortable with the instructor , if you have paid for a block of lessons in advance it might be difficult to get a refund , some driving schools use this as a way of tying you in.
